EMbeds is a point-of-care clinical support resource developed for the Emergency Departments of Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. It supplements, rather than replaces, CHFT policies and national guidance. Where guidance conflicts, current CHFT/national guidance takes precedence. Clinical judgement and senior advice should be sought where appropriate.
