• Resuscitate
• Pre-Oxygenation in progress
• Optimise position
• Monitor; ECG, SpO2, NIBP(every 2min), EtCO2
• 2 x IV/IO access & fluid running (Opposite side to BP cuff)

Roles assigned

• Everyone knows roles
• Assistant, Cricoid identified and understands what expected
• Manual inline immobilisation organised if required

Equipment & Drugs

Plan A/B/C  – Vocalised to team

Assess & Adjust – Vocalise problems and remain flexible

Review – Out loud and consider next steps

Exit – Organise onward transfer and handover effectively
